Is Sports Betting a game of luck?

Betting in sports can be done on multiple plays some might involve a huge amount of luck. For example, in cricket, bettors put money on who wins tosses. Predicting what the team that wins the toss chooses involves skill but predicting which team wins the toss is next to impossible. Similarly in golf, high winds can change the direction of the golf ball. Just like golf, baseball too can be susceptible to high winds. There are times when a certain home run can be turned into a catch deep in the outfield. 

Betting on sports like golf and baseball where the high winds can play a huge part in the outcome of the game or who wins the toss in cricket is certainly betting on luck.
