Call of Duty: Warzone is known for hiding fun challenges and secrets across its maps. One of the most interesting ones in Season 5 Reloaded is the Radio Tower Easter Egg. Unlike the main Zombies mode quests, Warzone Easter Eggs are side missions that can be done directly during matches for small rewards like XP boosts, calling cards, and hidden references.
This Easter Egg takes place in Verdansk, and it is all about finding and fixing broken radio towers. Here’s everything you need to know to complete it.
What is the Radio Tower Easter Egg in Warzone?
The Easter Egg is a hidden side quest located in Verdansk Airport’s Control Tower Complex. When you reach the Terminal room, you will notice a radar screen that lists ten radio towers across Verdansk.
- Two towers will always show as “offline,” marked with a red negative sign.
- These towers change randomly every match, so you will have to check the radar each time to know which ones are down.
- Your goal is to repair both towers to complete the Easter Egg for that match.
Step-by-Step Guide to Complete the Radio Tower Easter Egg
1. Find the Terminal Radar
- Drop into Verdansk and head straight to the Airport POI.
- Enter the Control Tower Complex, where you will find the radar terminal.
- Note down the two towers that are offline.
2. Locate the Radio Towers
- The ten towers are spread across major POIs like TV Station, Boneyard, Train Station, Park, and Hospital.
- Each tower is marked with a blue circle on the radar once you identify which ones are offline.
3. Activate the Offline Towers
- Travel to the tower locations shown on the radar.
- Climb up to the top of each radio tower.
- Interact with the switch to repair and reactivate it.
- Repeat the same for the second tower.
Rewards for the Radio Tower Easter Egg
While there are no special blueprints or cosmetic rewards, you will still gain:
- 100 XP bonus for each repaired tower.
- A temporary radio communication HUD, which lets you know if enemies are nearby.
This small but handy reward can make a difference in survival, especially in high-traffic zones.
