The Mobile Legends community is currently busy enjoying ongoing events like Stardust Vault and Lunar Scion’s Summon. These events have given players chances to unlock rare skins and special rewards. However, one big question is still on everyone’s mind. When will the next Mobile Legends update arrive?
The last major patch brought several changes to heroes and gameplay. Now, players are waiting for the first big update of the year with fresh content and improvements.
When Is The Next Mobile Legends Update?
The latest patch, version 2.1.47, was released on January 28, 2026. This update included a revamped version of Eudora, along with various battlefield changes and system improvements.
So far, MOONTON Games has not officially announced the exact date of the next update. However, based on previous update cycles, new content is expected to roll out during early March 2026.
Mobile Legends updates do not always follow a fixed schedule. Sometimes updates arrive within two weeks, and other times players wait nearly a month.
What To Expect In The Upcoming Update
Even though there is no official patch note yet, several leaks and announcements give an idea of what is coming next.
New Starlight And Collection Skins
From March 1, two painted skins of Freya will be available through the March Starlight Pass. A new Tigreal skin will also appear in the Exquisite Collection.
Collector and Lucky Box skins for heroes like Melissa, Karina and Minisitthar are expected in the next update. These skins are usually highly detailed and limited time.
A Pass Event starting March 3 will feature two Covenant skins for Lylia.
Promo Carnival Event
Between March 2 and March 16, players can expect a Promo Carnival event. These events usually include discounts, bonus draws and special rewards.
Fanny Legend Skin Event
From March 8, a major event focused on a new Fanny Legend skin is expected to go live. Legend skins are among the rarest in the game, so this event may attract a lot of attention.
New Hero Arrival
On March 12, 2026, a new hero named Marcel is expected to join the game. New heroes often change the meta and bring fresh strategies.
Naruto Collaboration Part 2
One of the biggest highlights could be the second part of the Naruto collaboration. From March 27, skins inspired by characters like Itachi and Minato are expected to arrive.
There will also be a special draw event including six collaboration skins. This crossover is likely to be one of the most popular events of the season.
Additional Skins
New skins for heroes such as Granger, Lesley and Zhuxin are also rumored to launch in the next update.
How Often Does Mobile Legends Update?
Unlike some mobile games, Mobile Legends does not follow a strict update schedule. Some months include multiple patches, while other months have fewer changes.
Major updates usually bring hero balance changes, equipment adjustments and new events. Smaller patches focus more on bug fixes and minor improvements.
