SBC has announced the very first shortlist for the Affiliate Leaders Awards 2025, a brand-new ceremony created to celebrate the companies shaping the future of affiliate marketing. This year, the final decision is in the hands of the public, with online voting now open to decide which nominees will be honoured in Lisbon this September.
The awards night will welcome 600 industry leaders to Lisbon’s MEO Arena on Wednesday, 17 September. The venue is just a short walk from the main event location, Feira Internacional de Lisboa. Guests can expect a full evening celebrating the best in the business across 22 competitive categories, with winners revealed on stage.
An independent panel of experts selected the shortlist, but it is now over to the public to choose the champions.

By putting the final decision in the public’s hands, we’re able to honour the companies that truly resonate with the community and celebrate the ones people genuinely believe in.”
The nominees to watch:
Two companies, BetAffiliation and Hub Affiliations, lead the way with seven nominations each in both company-wide and individual categories. Close behind are Boomerang Partners with six nominations, while Game Lounge and Gentoo Media each secured five, highlighting their strong presence in the affiliate world.
BetAffiliation and Hub Affiliations will face off in both Best Affiliate Network and Affiliate Campaign of the Year, with competition from KR3W and Gentoo Media.
Sports and casino recognition:
The Sports Affiliate of the Year category includes big industry names such as Better Collective, Catena Media, Oddschecker, and Flashscore Network. For Affiliate Traffic Source of the Year, BetAffiliation is once again in the running, joined by Clever Advertising and Oddschecker.
Affiliate Employer of the Year shines a light on workplace culture, with BetAffiliation, Hub Affiliations, Clever Advertising, and Game Lounge recognised for creating positive team environments.
In the casino-focused awards, Catena Media, Game Lounge Ltd, Casino Guru, and Betting Hero are all competing for Casino Affiliate of the Year.
Operator programmes and tech providers:
In the operator categories, bet365 Partners is aiming for its third consecutive win in Best Affiliate Programme (Operator) after previous SBC Awards victories. They face strong competition from Betsson Group Affiliates, Boomerang Partners, and Kaizen Gaming. The Affiliate Programme of the Year – Large award will feature major contenders including 1w, BetMGM, Betsson Group Affiliates, and PIN-UP Partners.
Technology providers supporting affiliate growth will also be in the spotlight. Aff.Tech, ReferOn, and other leading platforms are shortlisted for both Affiliate Management Platform of the Year and Affiliate Technology of the Year.
Other categories:
Additional awards include Casino Title of the Year and Marketing Agency of the Year, ensuring a well-rounded celebration of affiliate excellence. Individual achievements will also be recognised, with categories like Affiliate Leader of the Year, Affiliate Content Manager of the Year, and Affiliate Account/Community Manager of the Year acknowledging the people who play a key role in driving success.
