On its 10th anniversary, G2 announced its expansion into the football world with a G2 FC team, which is set to compete in the upcoming Kings League Germany.

What Is Kings League Germany, And What Does It Mean for G2 Esports?
The organization’s decision to launch G2 FC not only reflects its ambition but also its determination for fans’ engagement. The Kings League is a global 7-a-side football league founded in 2022. It combines the elements of traditional football with innovative rules and entertainment. It will officially launch on 12 April 3025 and will feature eight teams competing for two slots at the Kings World Cup in France in June 2025.
