Job Summary:
Hero Gaming is currently looking for a Junior IT Administrator for their office in Marbella, Spain. The person selected will also give remote support to different teams across the world. This role is for those who are interested in tech and are planning to become IT support or system admin.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing Level 1 IT support to internal team members.
- Following a service-oriented approach and responding on time.
- Installation, deployment and maintenance of laptops, mobile phones, and printers.
- Installing OS, setting up security software and necessary apps for the company.
- Supporting and maintaining the company’s network system.
- Helping the company’s internal IT systems and completing tasks.
- Managing users’ permissions with internal tools.
Requirements:
- Strong customer support and communication skills.
- Positive “can do” attitude.
- Ability to work together with the team.
- Habit of working independently.
- Skills to quickly understand and solve problems.
- Willingness to learn new technology and improve knowledge.
- Should have experience of some similar job before.
Tech Knowledge Needed:
- Office 365 (Important).
- Windows and Mac systems.
- Basic knowledge of printers and their setup.
- Networking basics – LAN, WAN and basic troubleshooting.
- Hardware installation (laptops, PCs).
