What will the VIP Account Manager do?
This role is for those who understand VIP players and know how to create exclusive and personal experiences for them.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build a strong personal relationship with VIP players and increase their loyalty.
- Build a connection with players by celebrating personal moments like birthdays, festivals.
- Work together with different departments like Art, Monetization and Marketing.
- Provide fast and personalized support via email, messenger or VIP box.
- Identify new VIP players by analyzing data and onboard them.
- Stay connected with players through virtual identity on social media.
