Main Focus of the Job:

The main work of this role is to make the game launches smooth. The candidate will have to check the game quality, guide the interns, and handle some product-based projects. The person who will apply for this job should have both product knowledge and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Game Quality & Checklist

  • A strong checklist has to be made before the game launch.
  • Games will have to be tested through interns – it will have to be checked whether the game is running properly or not.
  • If any issue is found, then it will have to be reported to the Games Manager.
  • The checklist should be updated regularly based on feedback and game performance.

Intern Management

  • Train the interns, manage their work and give them proper direction.
  • Clear training documents will have to be kept ready to follow the process.
  • The performance of the interns will also have to be monitored.

Project Support

  • Will have to help implement projects coming from the Product team.
  • Will have to work with other departments like Product, QA and Development.
  • Will have to provide project status and updates to the Games Manager on time.
  • Will also have to suggest improvements in game-related processes.

Product Understanding

  • You will have to have strong knowledge of the features, launch system and technical details of the games.
  • If any issue arises in the game, you will have to find its solution.
  • You should stay updated with the new trends and technology of the gaming market.

Requirements 

Pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree – in game development, Marketing, Business or a related field.

Skills:

  • You should know how to do multitasking and organized work.
  • If you know the basic usage of tools like Jira, Monday then you will get plus points.
  • You should have good English (verbal + written).
  • You should know how to work in a team and sometimes it is also important to take the initiative.
  • You should have basic knowledge of the gaming world.
