The second day of SiGMA World Rome 2026 brought another busy day at Fiera Roma on November 4. Operators, affiliates, game developers and technology companies continued their meetings, explored new partnerships and took part in several activities across the venue.

But Day 2 was not only about business. Shuttle bus delays became a major talking point, with some attendees facing long waits at a designated pickup point.
Shuttle Delays Frustrate Attendees

Transport became one of the main issues of the day.
According to reports, attendees waiting at the Via I. Nievo 14 shuttle stop saw the tracking app show that the next bus was only one minute away. However, the same message reportedly stayed on screen for around 20 minutes.
As more people arrived, the crowd grew and eventually filled the sidewalk. One attendee reportedly called the tracking information a “fake schedule,” while others asked why organisers did not provide fixed departure times.
The complaints brought back memories of transport problems at the 2025 Rome edition. Before this year’s event, SiGMA founder Eman Pulis had said those issues had been fixed for 2026.
It is important to note that the reported problem involved one pick-up point. It does not prove that every shuttle route had the same issue.
Business Continues at Fiera Roma

Business activity continued across the exhibition floor despite the transport complaints.
The exhibition also gave companies another opportunity to show off products, meet potential partners and continue the discussions from the opening day. The sectors represented were online casino, sports betting, payments, affiliate marketing, compliance and technology.

The conference program also continued, including talks on regulation, technology and opportunities for companies wanting to enter new markets.
Padel Tournament Brings People Together

Sport was another highlight of Day 2.
The Bloko Padel Tour Finalissima took place in Hall 9, bringing industry professionals together for the final stage of the tournament. Blokotech organised the event, combining competition with networking.
Former Italian footballer and 2006 FIFA World Cup winner Marco Materazzi attended as the tournament ambassador. He was expected to meet clients and sponsors before presenting awards to the winners.
The tournament gave attendees a chance to connect away from conference rooms and exhibition stands.
SOFTSWISS Grand Prix Adds Competition

November 4 also saw the SiGMA Grand Prix by SOFTSWISS in full swing.
The go-karting activity, which ran from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, offered delegates a fun competitive break from the main exhibition program.
The Grand Prix and padel are examples of SiGMA mixing business with entertainment to create an interactive experience.
AGS Awards close the day

The evening ended with the AGS Awards at the Corsie Sistine di Santo Spirito in Sassia, Rome.
The ceremony ran from 8:00 PM to midnight and brought together professionals from the affiliate marketing industry. It recognised achievements across the sector and celebrated companies and individuals contributing to the affiliate ecosystem.
Entry was limited only to confirmed Platinum ticket holders who had completed their RSVP, table sponsors and paid-seat guests.
