Team Vitality has announced a multi-year partnership with betting giant Stake, making it the official international sponsor of the organization’s Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) team.
Stake Expands into Esports
The collaboration marks a major step for Stake as it moves into the competitive gaming industry. Already known for sponsoring Formula 1, MMA, and football, Stake is now entering esports with Team Vitality.
As part of the deal, Stake’s logo will appear on Team Vitality’s CS2 jerseys, specifically on the front and left collarbone. Fans will see the new kit for the first time at IEM Cologne, one of the biggest events on the CS2 calendar. With millions of viewers worldwide, this event is an ideal stage to officially launch the partnership.
In addition to jersey branding, Stake will gain strong digital visibility across Team Vitality’s platforms. Both organisations also plan to create co-produced premium content and exclusive behind-the-scenes access for fans throughout the season.
A Big Moment for Team Vitality
The partnership comes at a time when Team Vitality is performing at its peak. In 2024, the team won back-to-back major titles, including the ESL Grand Slam and the BLAST Austin Major, solidifying its position as one of the strongest CS2 teams in the world.
