There’s been a lot of talk around GTA 6 lately, and this time it’s not just about the story or visuals. What’s really getting people interested is the list of possible side activities and mini-games that could be included. If even a good portion of these make it into the final game, GTA 6 might end up feeling much more like a living world than just a mission-based experience.
What activities will be included in GTA 6?
Some of the rumored features point towards a more relaxed side of the game. Things like golf, fishing, and kayaking suggest players won’t always need to be in the middle of chaos. Instead, there could be moments where you just explore the map, take your time, and enjoy what the world has to offer. It’s something Rockstar has touched on before, but this feels like it could go a step further.
At the same time, the social side of the game looks like it’s getting more attention. Bars, nightclubs, and similar spots hint at a more detailed nightlife system. These kinds of places could make the cities feel more active, especially if they change depending on the time of day or how the player interacts with them.
There’s also the possibility of gyms returning, which could mean character progression plays a bigger role again. Being able to improve your character over time, even in small ways, adds something extra to the overall experience and gives players more reason to stay invested.
On the action side, there’s plenty to look forward to as well. Hunting and scuba diving could open up different areas of the map, while underground fights bring in a more intense, close-range combat feel. Then you’ve got basketball and billiards, which might seem simple but can be a fun way to break things up between missions.
What stands out is the variety. It doesn’t feel like everything is focused on one style of gameplay. Instead, it looks like players will have the freedom to choose how they spend their time in the game.
Of course, none of this is confirmed yet. But if these features do make it in, GTA 6 could end up offering one of the most complete open-world experiences we’ve seen in a long time.
