- Hold a valid license from the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting (SPA), part of Brazil’s Ministry of Finance.
- Have a working website with a clear link that leads to the app’s official page on the Play Store.
- Register with Google and get a special certification before they start any paid advertising campaigns.
These steps help make sure that only safe and legal operators can reach players through Google services.

According to Google’s updated gambling policy, these types of betting are now allowed in Brazil:
