CRL Finals 2025: How To Make It To The Top 12

The Clash Royale League (CRL) 2025 is here, and it’s bigger than ever! This year’s world finals will have a $500,000 prize pool, with only the top 12 players in the world competing for glory. If you dream of making it to the finals, here’s a simple guide to understand how you can qualify and what to expect.

How To Qualify for the CRL World Finals 2025?

Getting into the CRL World Finals is tough, but not impossible. Here’s how players can secure their spots:

  • Four Golden Tickets from special community tournaments hosted by top gaming organisations.
  • Top 6 players from the CRL Leaderboard rankings.
  • One winner from the Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ).
  • One winner from a special China event.

So in total, 12 players will battle it out in the World Finals at the end of the year.

What Are Golden Ticket Events?

Golden Ticket events are very important because they not only give a direct pass to the World Finals but also help players earn points for the leaderboard.

These events happen every month from May to August 2025, with each event giving away $50,000 in prize money.

The structure is simple:

  • Players first compete in the Path of Legends mode.
  • The top 1,000 players move to the event qualifiers.
  • After multiple rounds, the top 12 reach the event finals.
  • The winner of each final earns a Golden Ticket.

Here’s the full schedule for the event finals:

  • Season 1: June 14–15
  • Season 2: July 19–20
  • Season 3: August 16–17
  • Season 4: September 13–14

Even if you don’t win the Golden Ticket, finishing in the top 32 earns you points for the leaderboard so every match counts!

What Is the CRL 2025 Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ)?

If a player doesn’t win a Golden Ticket, they still have one more shot through the Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ).

Here’s who can enter the LCQ:

  • The 4 players who finished second place in each Golden Ticket event.
  • Players ranked from 7th to 14th on the CRL Leaderboard.

The winner of the LCQ will claim the final spot for the World Finals.

As of now, Supercell hasn’t announced the exact date and location for the LCQ, but it will be one of the last events before the big final.

Extra Tips for Players Wanting to Qualify

  • Start Practicing Early: The Path of Legends is where it all begins. Climbing the ranks quickly gives you a better chance.
  • Stay Consistent: Even if you don’t win an event, leaderboard points are very valuable. Stay in the top 32 every season!
  • Watch and Learn: Follow top players on YouTube and Twitch. You can learn strategies that can give you an edge.
  • Stay Updated: Supercell may release small updates or rule changes. Always check the latest news.
