The highly-anticipated Esports Awards 2024 took place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on Saturday, August 24th, where talented individuals and organizations in the esports industry were celebrated.
For the unversed, the Esports Awards 2024 event was organized in partnership with the Esports World Cup 2024 and recognized outstanding achievements across various categories, including players, content creators, publishers, and journalists.
Valorant was named the Esports Game of the Year
Valorant was named the Esports Game of the Year, while Mobile Legends. The Mobile Esports Game of the Year award was won by Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.
S8ul Esports Scripted History At The Esports Awards 2024
India’s prominent esports and gaming content organization, S8ul Esports, made history by winning the ‘Content Group of the Year’ award for the third consecutive year.
S8ul Esports, with this remarkable achievement, created history by winning the ‘Content Group of the Year’ award for the third consecutive year. S8ul Esports has become the first organization to secure this honor thrice in a row.
Lokesh Jain, better known as Goldy, co-founder of S8UL and 8Bit Creative, said:
“We are beyond thrilled to receive this award for the third time. It is a testament to our entire team’s hard work, dedication and passion. Over the past four years, we have collaborated with around 560 brands and this financial year alone, we are close to closing deals with over 120 brands, both endemic and non-endemic. Meanwhile, the Esports Game of the Year title was won by Riot Games’ hero shooter Valorant. Additionally, the founding CEO of the Electronic Sports League (ESL), Mr. Jens Hilgers was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award. The Lifetime Achievement Award celebrated his long-standing dedication and crucial contributions to the esports industry.
