- The lottery division became private under Brookfield.
- The rest of the company changed its name to Light & Wonder in March 2022.
Now, Scientific Games is a fully private lottery technology company, focused only on lotteries. It is still led by CEO Pat McHugh and based in Metro Atlanta, Georgia.

Now that it only works with lotteries, Scientific Games helps over 130 lotteries in more than 50 countries. Its services include:
