Role Summary:
This is a dual role. The person will manage both the day-to-day running of the online casino and also grow the affiliate program. This includes improving the player experience and increasing traffic and revenue through affiliate partners.
Main Responsibilities:
Affiliate Management:
- Grow the affiliate network in global markets.
- Handle affiliate onboarding and maintain strong relations.
- Track and analyze affiliate performance and prepare reports.
- Negotiate contracts and commission deals.
- Provide affiliates with updated banners, links, and creatives.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for localised materials.
- Align affiliate campaigns with CRM, bonuses, and offers.
- Make sure affiliate promotions follow all rules and brand guidelines.
- Represent the company in events and conferences.
Casino Operations:
- Oversee daily operations of the online casino platform.
- Monitor casino performance and user experience.
- Manage game provider onboarding and updates.
- Analyse casino data to improve player engagement.
- Collaborate with CRM and design teams for player retention promos.
- Ensure all content follows compliance and responsible gaming rules.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of affiliate marketing experience in iGaming.
- Good knowledge of affiliate strategies and casino operations.
- Proven success in managing affiliate programs.
- Strong skills in data analysis and using KPIs.
- Experience with CRM tools and casino platforms.
- Good negotiation and communication abilities.
- Understanding of iGaming laws and compliance guidelines.
- The candidate must already be living in Malta.
