Moonton has formally found out the slot distribution for the MLBB Mid Season Cup (MSC) 2025. a complete 23 groups will compete in this particularly anticipated event, a good way to take a vacation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, at some point in July and August. The MSC 2025 is a main part of the Esports World Cup 2025, offering top groups globally.

Last year, the event also had 23 teams, and Malaysia’s Selangor Red Giants emerged as champions. While the previous edition had a prize pool of $3 million, the organizers have yet to announce the prize money for MSC 2025.
Slot Distribution for MLBB MSC 2025
The competition will be divided into two stages: the Wildcard Stage and the Main Stage.
Main Stage (15 Teams)

- MPL Cambodia Season 8 – 1 team

- MCC Season 5 – 1 team
- MTC Season 5 – 1 team
- NACT Spring – 1 team
- MSL Myanmar Season 1 – 1 team
- China Qualifier – 1 team
Wildcard Stage (8 Teams)
These teams will battle for one final spot in the main stage:
- MPL MENA Season 7 – 1 team
- MPL LATAM Season 3 – 1 team
- MCC Season 5 – 1 team
- VMC Spring – 1 team
- M Challenge Cup Season 5 – 1 team
- Japan Qualifier – 1 team
- Mongolian Qualifier – 1 team
- China Qualifier – 1 team
Tournament Timeline
The qualifiers for the main event are already underway, with different regional leagues determining the teams that will secure a spot in MSC 2025.
- MPL Indonesia Season 15: Runs from March 7 to June 15, with the top two teams qualifying for MSC 2025.
- MPL Philippines Season 15: Began earlier this year and will conclude on June 1, with two teams advancing.
- MPL Malaysia Season 15: Takes place from April 19 to May 25, with two teams moving forward.
- MPL Singapore and MPL Cambodia: The winners of these tournaments will secure their places in MSC 2025.
- Other Regional Events: The top teams from MPL MENA, MPL LATAM, MCC, and the China Qualifier will head straight to the main stage, while the second-place teams from these events will enter the Wildcard Stage.
